Rob 'C4' Sinclair may have been at Cage Warriors 74 to corner his brother Mick Sinclair but he managed to take some time out to talk to us about his injury problems over the last two years and his road to recovery.
Before his horrific injury problems, Sinclair was head & shoulders above any UK lightweight in many fans eyes and was set to debut for Bellator in their lightweight tournament having previously held the BAMMA World Lightweight title for some time.
Sinclair is eager to put the bad times behind him as he looks to get back into the fold at Bellator and prove any doubters wrong.
