BAMMA have announced a new welterweight fight between "Mr. Bag & Tag" Nathan Jones and Poland's Oskar Somerfeld for BAMMA 19, Saturday, March 28 at the Blackpool Winter Gardens.
Jones (7-4) who trains out of Combat Company makes his first promotional appearance since a majority decision loss to Tim Menzies at BAMMA Fight Night: Chadwick vs. Pascu. "I am excited to be back on BAMMA. I am ready to display my skill set and represent in a BAG and TAG fashion!" said Jones. "My opponent is tough and game.. I wouldn't have it any other way. 2015 is that season.."
Undefeated Oskar Somerfeld (4-0) makes his BAMMA debut on top of a first round armbar submission over Shaun Lomas last August. Somerfield takes his first fight at welterweight after a career at middleweight.
"To fight on a BAMMA promotion has been my dream.I will train hard for Mr Jones before I tag him and bag him," said Somerfeld.
