The main event will see British bad boy Paul "Semtex" Daley (35-13-2) challenge Douglas Lima (26-5) for his Bellator Welterweight World Title as well as undefeated Englishman Liam McGreary (9-0) vying for the Bellator Light Heavyweight World Title against champion Emanuel Newton (25-7-1).
27-year-old Page is a multiple-time world kickboxing champion, and his flamboyant and unorthodox skill has earnt him a lot of fans since his Bellator debut. His seven professional victories include six first-round stoppages. This includes a 10-second knockout victory in his promotional debut and most recently, a hard-fought decision win over Nah-Shon Burrell at Bellator 128.
The undefeated Millender made his pro debut in February 2013, but has already mounted seven victories while fighting exclusively under California's Fight Club OC banner, as he faces the biggest test of his career.
Bellator President Scott Coker announced on The MMA Hour: "We have some fantastic plans for 2015, and I can't wait for fans to see what we've been working on behind the scenes.
"These two new matchups both look incredibly exciting on paper, and I really think these first two events will set an incredible pace for the new year that we'll be looking to keep for all of 2015."
The event is slated to be shown on a 24-hour tape delay in the UK on terrestrial TV channel Five.
